Dawn Mehrer has extensive experience in leadership roles, particularly in customer service, billing operations, and advanced metering infrastructure projects. Dawn currently serves as the VP Corporate Services & Technology at FortisBC, overseeing various departments such as IS, cybersecurity, safety, and procurement. Dawn's background includes roles such as Director of Billing Operations, Project Manager for AMI, and Manager of Customer Service at FortisBC. Additionally, Dawn held positions at Allstream as a Sr. Manager of Billing and Rates, where Dawn managed strategic objectives and billing production teams. Dawn holds a BComm in International Business from the University of Victoria.
