Vlad Chekanovych

Vlad Chekanovych is an experienced technologist with a strong background in instrumentation and wireless network services. Currently serving as an Instrumentation & Communication Technologist at FortisBC since June 2023, Vlad previously held the position of Field Service Technologist - Wireless Network at WesTower Communications Ltd. since October 2020. Prior experience includes working as an Instrumentation Technologist at Solaris MCI from October 2011 to April 2020 and as a Field Service Technologist at WesTower Communications from May 2009 to September 2011. Vlad holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree with a focus on Automated Electric Drive from the Odessa National Maritime University, complemented by technical education from the British Columbia Institute of Technology between 2007 and 2010.
