The Assistant Vice President, Finance and Treasury – SAP Architect, will be responsible for supporting treasury implementation and production, understanding of the business requirements and translate it into functional and technical specifications. Evaluate all business requirements and deploy solutions that provide an integrated approach with SAP users. Will work on SAP S/4HANA public cloud version to delivery high quality and reliable results. This role reports to the Vice President, Corporate Applications and will be based in our Jersey City, NJ office on a hybrid basis.

What You Will Do:

· Responsible for requirement gathering, design, build, test and deployment of S/4HANA Treasury solutions.

· Design and deploy Cash Pooling and Netting Solution and Central Payment Factory.

· Develop and implement solutions for various payments channels such as SWIFT and Host to Host Payments.

· Onboard new banking partners, integrate payments and bank statements, and resolve BCM errors and issues.

· Cash and Liquidity Management - Bank Account Management, Cash Operations and onboard new entities and new bank accounts.

· Set up GL cash accounts, bank accounts and clearing accounts and other important configuration. Set up and maintain liquidity items.

· TRM (Treasury and Risk Management) – LOC, Intercompany loans, credit facilities, onboard and configure new instruments, configure flows, add new fees to products etc.

· Maintain and configure market data.

· Understand business partner set up and maintenance for financial transactions.

· Support month end activities.

· Create and establish reporting solution in Treasury function for limit utilization reporting, facility utilization reporting and exposure reporting.

· Understand dependency between SAP Treasury Solution and Integration with other SAP modules i.e., SAP Finance and Controlling and external applications such as SWIFT Service Bureau / SWIFT Network and Trade Finance solution.

· Monitor and recommend continuous improvement and familiarization with SAP bi-annual releases and new functionality looking to identify new solutions that will add value to the business and their processes.

· Strong business process knowledge in Treasury function where the functional organization is divided into Front-Office, Middle-Office, and Back Office.

· Collaborate with key business users and address production support issue on priority basis.

What You Will Have:

· Minimum 8+ Years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling.

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance preferred.

· Expertise in SAP S/4 Hana / Treasury with 2 end to end implementations and 1 AMS experience.

· S/4 Hana Public Cloud Experience is preferred.

· Strong SAP treasury experience for S/4HANA implementation project.

· Proficient in accounts payable, automatic payment, Payment mediums and Bank reconciliation and automation.

· Deep understanding on data sources for building reports in treasury in SAC.

· Experience in end-to-end implementations of SAP Treasury Solution and integrate the same with SAP Finance ERP.

· Expert knowledge in functional and configuration SAP S4 HANA solutions related to SAP, Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), In-House Cash (IHC), Bank Communication Management (BCM) and Cash Management (CM), Bank communication management, Payments and Bank Communication, Advanced Payment management.

· Experience in designing and deploying Transaction Manager (incl. Money Market, Facilities and Loans, FX, Derivatives, Trade Finance -Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees), Risk Analyzer (Credit Risk Analyzer and Market Risk Analyzer), Exposure Management and Hedge Management.

· Experience in S/4HANA Treasury Fiori Apps.

· Exceptional communication skills both oral and written.

· Exposure to cloud data services (AWS, Azure).

The base salary range for this role is listed below and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, all employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.  

Base Salary Range
$150,000$190,000 USD
