Claire Conneely

Claire Conneely has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Claire currently works as the VP of Talent Acquisition at Fortitude Re, a company that provides bespoke risk transfer solutions for insurance companies. Prior to that, they served as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Argo Group, where they collaborated with business leaders to hire top talent and streamline processes across the organization. Claire also worked at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. as the Corporate Talent Acquisition Relationship Manager, managing the full life-cycle recruitment process for strategic and executive searches. Before that, they held positions at V2 Strategic Advisors, Maximum Management Corporation, Morgan Stanley, Gateway, Inc., Sun Microsystems, and Donovan Technical Staffing, where they gained extensive experience in full life-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, and managing candidate databases. Claire started their career as an Employment Specialist II at Sun Microsystems, where they managed a high-volume requisition load and screened candidates.

Claire Conneely earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they spent a year abroad at Trinity College Dublin in 1996-1997, although they did not obtain a degree during this period. Claire also has a certification as a LinkedIn Certified Professional - Recruiter, which they obtained in September 2017 from LinkedIn Certification.
