Jody Koenemann

Jody Koenemann has a comprehensive work experience in the actuarial field. They started their career as an Actuarial Analyst at AmerUs Group in 1997, focusing on valuation. They then moved on to CNO Financial Group in 1999, where they served as a Manager, Actuarial Valuation until 2005. In 2008, Jody joined Jackson as the Director of Actuarial Technology and Experience Studies, where they analyzed policyholder behavior and presented key insurance statistics to management until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Jody worked at Fortitude Re, first as a VP and Experience Study Actuary, leading a team of actuaries to gather and analyze policyholder data, and later transitioning to the role of VP and Actuary, Assumptions, responsible for setting and managing insurance assumptions. Their expertise is highly sought after by various departments, including executive management, finance, and audit.

Jody Koenemann obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with Summa Cum Laude honors from Western Michigan University, majoring in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, and Finance. Prior to attending the university, Jody attended Coldwater High School, where they received a diploma.
