Stephanie Campese

Stephanie Campese has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Stephanie recently joined Fortitude Re in 2022 as the Assistant Vice President of Financial Controls- L&A. Prior to this, they worked at Equitable from 2020 to 2022 as a Lead Manager. From 2016 to 2020, Stephanie held the position of Lead Manager at AXA US, where they partnered with the Director of SOX Compliance to prepare annual management testing plans and reviewed work papers for accuracy. Stephanie also served as a Financial Consultant at MetLife from 2013 to 2016. Before that, Stephanie worked at AXA from 2004 to 2013 in various roles, including Manager- Financial Protection and Senior Accountant. Additionally, they gained experience as a Tax Preparer at FRED NOBLE'S TAX SERVICE from 2005 to 2009 and as a Senior Research Investigator at Fiserv from 2001 to 2005.

Stephanie Campese has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Accounting and Business Management, which they obtained from Columbia Community College in the years 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned an Associates of Science degree in Business Administration from Onondaga Community College during the years 2002 to 2004. In 1999 to 2000, Stephanie attended Mohawk Valley Community College, where they pursued a Humanities Major, but did not obtain a degree.

In terms of additional certifications, Stephanie obtained "Using the Controls Management Solution" from Workiva in October 2022, and became certified in "Project Management Essentials Certified (PMEC)" from the Management & Strategy Institute in January 2021.
