Darren Shaffer

Darren Shaffer is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in digital transformation, software development, and leadership. Currently serving as CTO Partner at Fortium Partners, Darren previously held the role of CTO at Churchill Mortgage Corporation, where a new technology division was created, and digital transformation efforts resulted in significant savings. At Cherry Creek Mortgage, Darren led an Advanced Technology Team, delivered a successful loan origination system, and rescued a high-risk software project. Darren's earlier roles include CTO at Blueberry Systems and founder/CEO of Handheld Logic. With a strong background as a Senior Consultant at Microsoft and experience as a Technical Director at Thomson Micromedex, Darren's career is marked by substantial contributions to mobile and embedded technologies. Darren holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and has pursued further education in Computer Engineering at the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology.
