Alexandra Taylor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in performance and learning solutions, management consulting, and organizational strategy. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Performance and Learning Solutions at Fortive, Alexandra designs strategic learning initiatives that drive employee development and enhance business performance. As Principal Consultant at Alexandra Reynolds Taylor Consulting, Alexandra focuses on diversity, equity, inclusion, leadership development, and strategic planning. Previously, Alexandra held key roles at OneDigital and Nonprofit HR, where responsibilities included building a Learning and Development center of excellence and leading comprehensive leadership development strategies. With a solid background at the YMCA of Greater Houston, Alexandra fostered organizational change and empowerment among diverse staff. Alexandra holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Wheaton College.
