Gergana Avramova is a Member of The Supervisory Board - Fluke Europe B.V. at Fluke Corporation since March 2024. Prior to that, Gergana held the position of Assistant General Counsel at Fortive EMEA at Fortive since July 2016. Gergana has a strong legal background, having provided comprehensive legal support to various companies in EMEA and beyond, such as Fluke, Fortive, and Danaher. Gergana has extensive experience in drafting, negotiating, and advising on technology and commercial contracts, as well as in supporting procurement and sales operations.
