Melanie Wells is an experienced leader in employee experience, inclusion, diversity, and equity (IDE), currently serving as Global Senior Director at Fortive since June 2022, where responsibilities include developing a 5-year IDE strategy, enhancing employee experience metrics, and promoting pay equity. Previously, as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leader at Deloitte, Melanie led the creation of the organization's 2021-2025 DEI strategy and implemented targeted program designs across various business lines. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte, Event Specialist at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, and Talent Intern at Domino's Pizza LLC. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Studies and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, along with being a Positive Organizations Fellow.
