Rebecca Cink

Rebecca Cink is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in construction strategy and business management. Currently serving as the Director of Construction Strategy at Gordian since May 2024, Rebecca manages a team focused on contractor outreach and enablement for job order contracting. Prior to that, Rebecca has held various leadership roles at Fortive, including Director of Strategy and M&A at Fluke Corporation, where notable acquisitions were completed, and managing sales enablement initiatives. With a foundation in civil engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Harvard Business School, Rebecca's career also includes significant project management experience at Turner Construction Company, overseeing projects totaling $15M and conducting financial audits on revenues exceeding $500M.
