Keith Bauer

Keith provides strategic leadership in all areas of human resources, including organizational effectiveness and talent acquisition and management. Working closely with the executive management team and Associates, Keith assesses needs and implements HR solutions that enable Fortna to attract, develop, and engage the talent needed to drive business success.

Keith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Labor Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
