Marloes van der Zee

Marloes van der Zee is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently, Marloes serves as the Director of HR EMEA at FORTNA since January 2023 and has been the Director of HR for MHS International since April 2020, overseeing HR operations across multiple countries including the Netherlands, Italy, the UK, China, Poland, and Germany. Previous roles include HR Manager and HR Advisor at VanRiet Material Handling Systems from 2014 to April 2020, and Head of Personnel & Organization at Dura Vermeer Van Ieperen / Van Ieperen Groep BV from August 2000 to April 2014. Marloes began the career as a P&O-medewerkster at Van Riet Interne Transportsystemen B.V. from 1998 to 2000. Marloes holds a Bachelor's degree in Personnel & Labour from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and has additional education from Schouten & Nelissen and Cals College.
