Emma Hayes

Emma Hayes is the current Head of Commercial Finance at Fortnum & Mason. Emma has previous experience as the Head of Commercial Finance at Pret A Manger and as the Head of Business Planning & Analysis at Starbucks Coffee Company. Emma has a degree in Economics from the University of Manchester.

Emma Hayes has a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and is currently pursuing their ACA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). Emma previously attended Brighton and Hove High School GPDST.

Emma Hayes reports to Justin Carmichael, CFO. They work with and Nataliya Schipka - Head of Finance.
