Simon Thompson is an experienced executive with a strong background in customer engagement and retail management. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer and previously as Retail & Hospitality Director at Fortnum & Mason since March 2013, Simon has been instrumental in shaping customer strategies. Prior to this role, Simon held the position of Home Director at Alfred Dunhill from July 2008 to February 2013, where valuable expertise in the luxury retail sector was developed.
