Alena Gorbacheva

Alena Gorbacheva is a seasoned Salesforce professional with extensive experience in Salesforce administration and development. Currently serving as a Senior Salesforce Administrator at Forto since July 2022, Alena previously worked as a Salesforce Developer at B. Braun Group from August 2017 to June 2022, where involvement included the rollout of Health Cloud and Sales Cloud projects and management of the Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM for the Russian segment. Earlier experience includes roles in quality management at BSH Home Appliances Group, where responsibilities ranged from quality assurance to automating reclamation management processes. Alena holds a Bachelor's degree in Quality Management from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University, completed in 2016.
