Jing Xu

Jing (Amy) Xu currently serves as an Associate Talent Sourcer at Forto, a position held since March 2022, after previously working as a Working Student in Talent Acquisition within the same company. Prior experience includes a Psychology Internship in Product Development at Aon from September 2021 to February 2022, a Human Resources Internship at KPMG China during June to November 2019, and an HR & Admin Internship at Polyconcept from January to March 2019. Jing also gained experience in a Work & Travel position at Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom during the summer of 2017. Academically, Jing holds a Master of Arts in International Tourism & Event Management from Hochschule Fresenius (2020-2022) and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Shanghai Normal University (2016-2020).
