Dan Sjodin

Dan Sjodin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and operations within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Support at Fortra since November 2019, Dan previously held the position of Director of Support Operations at Infor from June 2011 to October 2019, where leadership encompassed managing a global team of 50 analysts and supporting multiple product areas. Prior to Infor, Dan accumulated significant expertise in various roles at Lawson, including Customer Success Manager and Industry Manager for Healthcare. Dan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota and completed high school at Spring Lake Park Sr. High School.
