Bhavin Vivek

Bhavin Vivek has a strong background in asset management and investment management within the hospitality industry. Bhavin started their career as an Asset Management Analyst at Hotel Asset Value Enhancement (hotelAVE) in 2006 and then transitioned to become a Senior Associate at HREC Investment Advisors in 2007. After that, they worked as an Asset Manager at hotelAVE from 2010 to 2011. Bhavin then joined White Lodging Services in 2011 as the Director of Asset Management and Capital Planning, where they oversaw various asset management responsibilities and led initiatives to drive revenue optimization and cost savings. In 2016, they joined LaSalle Hotel Properties as the Vice President of Asset Management, where they managed a portfolio of full-service independent hotels, led capital projects, and implemented strategic renovation and rebranding initiatives. Most recently, Bhavin has been working at Fortress Investment Group since 2019, where they have been promoted to Senior Vice President. In this role, they are responsible for the full life cycle investment management and has been involved in the acquisition, financing, and sale of approximately $700 million of real estate.

Bhavin Vivek holds a Master of Management degree in Hospitality with a concentration in Real Estate, Finance, and Investments from Cornell University, which they completed in 2010. Bhavin also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Business with a specialization in Real Estate, Finance, and Development from Michigan State University in 2006. In addition, Bhavin has a certification as a Certified Hotel Administrator from the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
