Greg Pearson

Greg Pearson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate investments and acquisitions. Currently, Pearson serves as Managing Director at Fortress Investment Group, focusing on investments across North America, Asia, and Europe since December 2020. Prior to this, Pearson held the position of Vice President of Investments at CenterPoint Properties, overseeing industrial acquisitions in Southern California, the Bay Area, and Seattle/Tacoma from March 2018 to December 2020. Additional experience includes roles as Investment Officer at Exeter Property Group, MBA Summer Associate at Invesco US, Senior Associate at CBRE Capital Markets, and Analyst at Duff & Phelps. Pearson holds an MBA in Real Estate & Tax Structures from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
