Corey Ates

Corey Ates is a skilled Product Designer currently working at Fortress Trust Company since August 2022. Prior experience includes a Product Design Internship at Yelp, where Ates redesigned the Yelp Elite UX, leading to enhanced user engagement, and a Product Designer role with the City of Austin, focused on creating an interactive video game for local students. Ates also held positions as a Social Media Design Intern at Mic Drop Music and Production Apprentice at Pereira O'Dell, gaining valuable experience in content creation and production operations. Additionally, Ates contributed to various projects utilizing AR, VR, and other XR technologies during an apprenticeship at the Texas Immersive Institute. A Bachelor of Science in Advertising was earned from The University of Texas at Austin in May 2022.
