David Guedon--Thomann

David Guedon-Thomann serves as the Head of Operation and Technical APAC and Project Portfolio Lead at Fortress Safety, where a significant transition from regional to functional leadership was achieved, encompassing all APAC operations and technical delivery. Prior experience includes roles as General Manager in China, overseeing a $5 million P&L while executing a comprehensive business strategy for the region, and as Program Manager focusing on market assessment and production initiation in China. Previous positions held at Rudolf Riester GmbH as R&D Manager for China & Digital Lead, and as a Halma Future Leader graduate with diverse assignments across operations and finance.
