Bill Mickey

Bill Mickey has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bill is currently working as a Data Architect at Fortress SRM, where they are responsible for managing and maturing the organization's data posture. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at Automated Packaging Systems, Inc./Sealed Air Corporation as a Systems Development Manager, where they focused on evaluating and implementing new technology aligned with the company's IT strategy. Bill also worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting and as a BaaN Technical Programmer at Diebold, where they specialized in writing generic interfaces to integrate systems.

Bill Mickey attended the University of Mount Union from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Bill also obtained two certifications: the COBIT 5 Foundation certification from APMG International in September 2016, and the ITIL Foundation - IT Service Management certification, also from APMG International, in August 2016.
