John Robertson

John Robertson is an experienced R&D Engineer and Sales Support professional at Fortress Solutions, managing equipment repair processes while ensuring customer satisfaction since November 2013. As Principal and Owner of AG Advice and Support, LLC since October 2005, John focuses on technical and workflow challenges, including project management and supply chain issues. Previously, John served as a Member of Technical Staff at Alcatel-Lucent, providing technical support for a global customer base, and owned Robertson Electronics, where original designs for emergency signaling equipment were created. Additionally, John contributed to network support at TELUS, delivering tier-3 technical assistance.
