Your Mission:

You will drive the strategy, vision, and execution of initiatives to enhance both the developer experience and the DevOps infrastructure of our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, DevOps, design, and stakeholders, to create a seamless and productive environment for developers while ensuring the stability, scalability, and reliability of our infrastructure.

Your contributions will directly influence the effectiveness and satisfaction of our development teams as well as the overall performance of our platforms.

What You'll Do:

• Define and drive the strategy and vision for developer experience and DevOps initiatives.

• Shape and execute technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives for both developer experience and DevOps.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and DevOps Leads to prioritize features and tasks.

• Act as a bridge between technical stakeholders, product teams, and other departments to foster effective communication and collaboration.

• Facilitate elaboration meetings to ensure shared understanding of project requirements across teams.

• Prioritize and define technical features to enhance the developer experience.

• Develop and maintain an organized and prioritized technical product backlog.

• Conduct technical show & tells and product walkthroughs to gather feedback and drive continuous improvements.

• Proactively address developer experience issues and ensure technical considerations are integrated into decision-making processes.

• Drive the DevOps roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and customer needs.

• Translate customer and stakeholder needs into actionable requirements for the DevOps teams.

• Maintain a well-defined product backlog with clear visibility of upcoming tasks.

• Provide technical guidance during the incident management process and efficiently troubleshoot issues and escalations.

• Explore, evaluate, and implement new processes, techniques, and tools to enhance the DevOps infrastructure.

• Contribute to and deliver process and control improvements within the team, adhering to ITIL best practices.

• Generate new ideas and solutions using the latest tools and technologies to solve complex problems.

• Continuously research, learn, and integrate the newest tools and techniques into workflows.

• Conduct thorough root cause analysis for recurring or critical issues and provide detailed reports and recommendations.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field

• At least 5 years of background as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on technical aspects and developer experience improvement.

• Past experience developing code and being involved into SDLC

• Proven experience collaborating with technical teams of 5+ members, defining technical requirements, and prioritising technical features.

• Experience with Agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, with an understanding of the software lifecycle and continuous delivery

• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse metrics and use insights to drive improvements.

• Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive developer personas, informing product decisions.

• Previous experience defining and implementing a robust Developer Experience vision & strategy.

• A passion for enhancing the developer experience and maintaining a customer-centric mindset.

• Proficiency in product management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar software

• Leadership abilities to inspire and guide teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

• Ability to assimilate new concepts quickly, understand how they map to customer needs and present them in a clear and concise manner.

• Personality comfortable communicating concepts and ideas to people from different areas of the organisation, from a stakeholder to a QA engineer

• High attention to detail and ability to make key decisions related to your backlog and the features your team is developing.

Bonus Points:

• Experience working with cryptocurrencies or Blockchain

• Experience in fintech

• Technical skills are a plus
