Aino Lahdenperä

Aino Lahdenperä has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Aino is currently the Head of Enterprise Business Architecture at Fortum since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Matkahuolto as the Head of Enterprise Architecture and Project Portfolio Management Office from 2019 to 2022. Before that, they were a Management Consultant at Deloitte Finland from 2015 to 2019. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at IBM Finland as a Senior Consultant and Consultant, where they participated in numerous consulting projects related to business process modeling, IT requirements definition, risk analysis, and enterprise architecture governance. Aino also worked as a Researcher at Fujitsu Services in 2006 and as a Teaching Assistant at Helsinki University of Technology from 2004 to 2006. Previously, they worked as a Software Engineer at i4Synergy/Vertex Systems Oy from 2000 to 2003.

Aino Lahdenperä completed their upper secondary education at Olarin lukio, where they focused on majors in Physics and Biology from 1996 to 1999. Subsequently, they pursued their higher education at Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, graduating in 2007 with a Master of Science in Technology. Their major was in Information Science/Computational Science, with minors in Industrial Management and Software Systems.
