Anni Mantere

Anni Mantere is a seasoned professional in digital development and consulting with extensive experience in leading technology-driven initiatives. Currently serving as Director of Digital Development Services at Fortum since January 2022, Anni oversees a team that integrates design, Agile methodologies, software development, and quality assurance to build innovative products. Previously, Anni held the position of Director of Consulting Services at CGI, focusing on re-engineering business processes through automation and digital transformation. Anni's career also includes significant roles at Affecto, where responsibilities ranged from driving digital transformation to managing projects with a strong focus on Agile methods and Microsoft technologies. Anni's early career at Tieto involved consulting on digital service design and process improvement, complemented by a solid foundation in Business Intelligence solutions from earlier roles at Affecto. Anni holds a degree from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, completed in 1999.
