Ilona Manninen

Ilona Manninen is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in statutory and tax compliance, accounting, and financial management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Statutory and Tax Compliance and Record-to-Report at Fortum since June 2023, Manninen previously held the position of Senior Accounting Manager at Global Blue from June 2021 to May 2023, leading the Financial Shared Service Center team in Helsinki. Prior roles include serving as SOX and Statutory Compliance Manager at Nokia, where responsibilities encompassed global control and reporting for all Nokia TECH SOX controls, and as Chief Accountant at Gemalto, managing IFRS and Finnish GAAP reporting and internal controls. Early career experience includes auditing at Ernst & Young Finland.
