Kristina Hoff Wanderås

Kristina Hoff Wanderås has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kristina Hoff worked at Fortum as the Director of Business Development & Acquisitions in Digital Services, where they led smart charging and smart heating initiatives. Prior to this, they served as the Head of New Personal Living Environment Services at Fortum, leading agile teams in developing new digital energy optimization services. Kristina Hoff was also briefly the Acting Head of New Sustainable & Wellness Services at the same company. Before joining Fortum, Kristina worked as a Business Developer at Hafslund Strøm AS, focusing on the smart home solution "Link" and customer loyalty. Kristina Hoff also played a key role in implementing a lean startup methodology. In addition, they have experience as a Marketing Consultant and Project Manager at Esacon AS, a Mentor and Group Leader at Spark NTNU, and a Team Leader and Business Developer at Invisra. Kristina Hoff started their career as a Research and Laboratory Assistant at the Norwegian Radium Hospital, specializing in endocytosis and intracellular trafficking. Kristina Hoff was also involved in volunteer work as an Editor and Journalist for the student association paper InTimini at Timini - Association for the Nanotechnology Students at NTNU. Kristina Hoff rounded off their experience as a Graphic Designer at UKA.

Kristina Hoff Wanderås began their education at the Einar Granum School of Art in 2006, where they pursued an unspecified field of study. In 2007, they briefly attended the University of Oslo, with a focus on psychology and mathematics. From 2008 to 2011, they studied nanotechnology at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). In 2011, they attended Technische Universität Berlin, specializing in nanotechnology for one year. In 2012, they returned to NTNU and completed their Master's degree in entrepreneurship/entrepreneurial studies in 2014. In 2020, Kristina enrolled at BI Norwegian Business School, where they studied corporate financial management until 2021. Additionally, in 2013, they participated in a summer executive program at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
