Oscar Trygg

Oscar Trygg is an experienced operations and vendor manager with a strong background in customer engagement and service within the energy sector. Currently with Fortum since June 2021, Oscar has held several key roles, including Operations & Vendor Manager and Nordic Operations Manager, leading teams in training, analytics, and contact center solutions across Nordic brands. Prior to Fortum, Oscar worked at Göta Energi AB as a Branch Operations Specialist, focusing on operational systems and performance analysis. Earlier roles include teaching English and serving as a sports commentator for SVT. Oscar holds education credentials from International Christian University and KAI Japanese Language School.
