Jeff is a Senior Advisor to Fortuna with over 40 years of experience helping senior executives shape the shareholder value implications of their strategic decisions. He was previously the Global Vice Chair—Corporate Finance and Global Transactions Leader for Life Sciences at Ernst & Young (EY), and a Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey. He is a recognized thought leader on corporate development, capital allocation, valuation and life sciences transactions, and the lead author and editor of The Stress Test Every Business Needs: A Capital Agenda for Confidently Facing Digital Disruption, Difficult Investors, Recessions and Geopolitical Threats. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and BA in Physics from Dartmouth College.
