Ondřej Bárta

Ondřej Bárta is a skilled professional with extensive experience in business process management, automation, and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as the Group Business Process, Automation and AI Manager at Fortuna Entertainment Group since May 2021, Ondřej has successfully established the Intelligent Automation department and led the implementation of advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiencies across multiple brands in five countries. Prior to this role, Ondřej worked at Raiffeisenbank a.s., where responsibilities included BPM Lead & Architect, focusing on the architecture and development of process applications, and as a Process Manager overseeing the implementation of the IBM BPM tool. Ondřej began the career at Česká spořitelna, a.s. as an Assistant Project Manager, managing various projects and ensuring effective communication among project teams. Ondřej holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Prague University of Economics and Business.
