Mario Szotlender

Mario Szotlender co-founded Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. in 2004 and currently serves as a Director on our Board and sits on the Sustainability Committee. Mario holds a degree in international relations and is fluent in several languages. He has successfully directed Latin American affairs for numerous private and public companies since 1985, including various mineral exploration and development joint ventures in Central and South America. He recently served as President of Rusoro Mining Ltd., formerly Mena Resources Inc.
