Senior Vice President - Operations & Supply Chain Strategy, Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc.

Marty Thomas joined the Company as senior vice president, operations and supply chain strategy in September 2017. In this role, he focuses on building global strategic plans that expand Fortune Brands’ competitive advantages and drive the Company’s growth strategy.

Marty’s proven leadership in growing the profitability and performance of complex businesses and identifying opportunities to drive positive change are well-aligned with Fortune Brands’ culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Before joining Fortune Brands, Marty spent 36 years at General Electric (GE) and Rockwell Automation.

While at GE, Marty held numerous roles of increasing responsibility within the consumer and industrial division in the areas of quality, manufacturing, plant management, general management and president. At Rockwell Automation he was first vice president of operations, then senior vice president of global operations and engineering services.

Marty graduated from Penn State University with a BS in mechanical engineering, and received his MBA from Xavier University.
