Mona Chen

Mona Chen has extensive experience in global indirect procurement. Mona is currently the Senior Director of Global Indirect Procurement at Fortune Brands Innovations, where they lead the transformation of the procurement process and develops category strategies to optimize and reduce indirect spend globally. Prior to this role, Mona worked at Schneider Electric as the Global Indirect Procurement Director, where they led the deployment of Indirect Procurement Centers of Excellence and managed indirect spend across three regions. Mona also held the position of Indirect Procurement Director for the Americas Region at Schneider Electric, overseeing a team of 60+ and managing 1.3 billion euros in spend. Before joining Schneider Electric, Mona held various roles in global indirect procurement at Tellabs, Mars, Motorola Mobility, and RR Donnelley. Mona'sexpertise includes strategic sourcing, category strategy development, and global transformation initiatives.

Mona Chen attended INSEAD in 2017 for a program in Transforming Leadership - level 3. Mona also pursued an M.B.A & MA in TESOL at Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business, although the specific years are unknown. Prior to that, they earned a BA in English Language & Literature from East China Normal University, with a minor in French.
