Steve Vu

Steve Vu is an experienced manufacturing and production professional with a comprehensive background spanning over two decades in the footwear industry. Currently serving as Manufacturing Manager at LaCrosse Footwear Incorporated since July 2012, Steve is responsible for product development collaboration with vendors, production monitoring, quality control, and lab oversight. Previous roles include Speedo Brand Team Leader at Speedo International Ltd, where Steve managed sourcing, product development, and order monitoring, as well as Production Team Leader at Clarks, overseeing quality control across multiple factories in Vietnam and Cambodia. Early career positions included Production Manager at Diadora, Inspector and Technical Coordinator at Reebok, and QC Supervisor at TAE KWANG VINA INDUSTRIAL CO LTD. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ho Chi Minh Open University.
