Stephanie Nelson

Stephanie Nelson has a diverse work experience in talent management, human resources, and recruitment. Stephanie currently holds the position of VP, Talent & Org Development at Fortune Brands Innovations since 2018. Prior to this, they worked at MasterBrand Cabinets as VP, Human Resources from 2016 to 2018, and as Vice President Field Human Resources from 2015 to 2016. Stephanie also held the role of Sr. Director, Talent Management at MasterBrand Cabinets from 2014 to 2015. Before joining MasterBrand Cabinets, they worked at Simonton Windows as Director, Human Resources from 2013 to 2014, and as Human Resource Manager - Corporate from 2011 to 2012. Stephanie had an earlier career at Harry & David where they served as Sr Manager, Talent Management from 2007 to 2011, and as Manager, Human Resources from 2000 to 2007. Stephanie'searlier experiences include working at Big Lots as Sr Field Management Recruiter from 1996 to 2000, and at Robert Half International as Staffing Manager from 1992 to 1996.

Stephanie Nelson holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Charleston. Stephanie also obtained additional certifications including the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2015 and the SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2003.
