Jillian Sterley

Jillian Sterley has a strong work experience in finance and operations roles, spanning multiple companies and industries. Jillian is currently working at Fortune Brands Innovations as the Senior Director, Global Operations Finance, overseeing financial planning and analysis, sales and operations planning, center of excellence, and strategy. Prior to this, they worked at Fortune Brands Global Plumbing Group, where they held various roles including Senior Director, Global Operations Finance, Senior Manager, Finance Operations, and Operations Finance Manager- Global Operations. Before that, Jillian worked at AeroControlex Group, Inc. as an Assistant Controller, Business Unit Manager, and Accounting Manager. Their early career included a role as a Staff Accountant at both TransDigm Inc. and State Industrial Products.

Jillian Sterley earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Finance from Xavier University - Williams College of Business between 2001 and 2005. Subsequently, from 2009 to 2012, they pursued and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Banking at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
