Kelly Callahan SHRM-CP, CDR has a solid work experience in the field of human resources. Kelly currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Fortune Brands Innovations, starting in November 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Manager of Human Resources at the same company from October 2021 to November 2022.

Kelly also has experience in senior HR management roles at Avient Corporation, where they were a Senior Manager of Human Resources from July 2020 to October 2021, and at PolyOne, where they held the positions of Senior Manager of Human Resources, Manager of Human Resources for Commercial Excellence and Operational Excellence, and Manager of Campus Recruiting and Programs from 2017 to 2020.
