Roland Minogue

Roland Minogue has extensive work experience in the home improvement and consumer goods sales industry. Roland began their career in 1995 as a National Accounts Supervisor at Black & Decker HHI (Kwikset) before moving on to roles such as National Sales Manager at Masco Cabinetry and Director of Sales at Lowe's for Delta Faucet Company. In 2012, they founded and served as Vice President of Sales for a company specializing in home improvement consumer goods sales. Roland then joined Fortune Brands Home & Security in 2013, where they held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Sales and Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at MasterBrand Cabinetry. In October 2021, they assumed the role of Vice President & General Manager of the Kitchen Business Unit at Fortune Brands Home & Security.
