Timothy Hood

Timothy Hood possesses extensive culinary experience, currently serving as a Courier at Fortune Fish & Gourmet since June 2023. Previously, Timothy held the position of Executive Sous Chef and Banquet Chef at Woodhill Country Club from December 2007 to July 2023, where responsibilities included A La Carte menu development, private dinners, recipe development, food costing, and banquets. Prior experience includes Lead American Chef at Golden Valley Golf and Country Club from January 2006 to December 2007, focusing on lunch cuisine and menu development, as well as American Sous Chef at St. Paul Hotel from August 2004 to June 2005, overseeing lunch hotline operations and Sunday brunch service. Timothy Hood is a graduate of Baltimore International Culinary School, holding a degree in Culinary Arts and Professional Chef, and completed high school at Cleveland Heights High School.
