Aditi Javeri Gokhale

Aditi Javeri Gokhale serves as the Chief Strategy Officer, President of Retail Investments, and Head of Institutional Investments at Northwestern Mutual since May 2017, where responsibilities include leadership in investment strategy and operations. Aditi is also the Chief Commercial Officer and President of Investment Products and Services, and holds a board membership with the Northwestern Mutual Foundation. Additional roles include involvement with prominent organizations such as Fortune, Milken Institute, and Fast Company, contributing to women's leadership and impact initiatives. Previous experience encompasses positions in marketing and strategy with LearnVest, Shutterstock, and Churchill Downs Incorporated, among others. Aditi holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.S. in Management Science and Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
