Deepti K Sunny has over 18 years of work experience in the talent acquisition and credit management fields. Deepti started their career in 2004 as a Credit Officer at Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd. In 2006, they moved to Indiabulls as a Branch Manager - Credit. In 2015, they joined Careers For You HR Consulting as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, where they were responsible for creating long-term sustainable relationships with clients by providing the best talents to meet their business needs. In 2022, they became the Talent Acquisition Lead at Fortunesoft IT Innovations.

Deepti K Sunny has a comprehensive educational background. Deepti began their education in 1985 at Kendriya Vidyalaya. From 1993 to 1995, they attended Atkinson's Anglo India Girls Higher Secondary School, where they completed Std 9 and 10. Deepti then attended St Joseph's Anglo Indian Girls Higher Secondary School from 1995 to 1997, where they earned a Pure Science degree. From 1997 to 2000, they attended ST. JOSEPH'S COLLEGE, IRINJALAKKUDA, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Zoology/Animal Biology. In 2001, they earned a Masters in Business Administration from Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies, with a focus in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Most recently, in 2021, they completed an Executive Development Program in Talent Management Batch 9 at XLRI Jamshedpur. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Tips for Working Remotely from LinkedIn in 2023, POSH Train the trainer from SkillDeck Bangalore in 2022, and Linkedin and IT Recruitment from SkillDeck Bangalore in 2022.
