Michelle Gonzalez Aguirre has demonstrated strong leadership and customer service skills through various roles in the hospitality and retail sectors. At Jack's Restaurant and Bar, Michelle served as Lead Hostess from April 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included curating a welcoming environment, organizing the restaurant’s floor plan, training new hosts, and managing takeout orders. Currently, at Forty-Niner Shops, Inc., since January 2023, Michelle holds the position of Customer Service Lead, while also having experience as a Customer Service Clerical Assistant and Retail Associate, focusing on completion of department charges, special orders, and training student sales associates.
