Kenny Grossman is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the design and construction of residential projects. At Rudin Management since July 2016, Kenny has managed historic and landmarked residential assets with a budget of approximately $100 million, achieving a 20% year-over-year return for leased apartments. Prior to this role, Kenny served as a construction manager at Wilmington-Gordon, overseeing high-end residential projects. Earlier experience includes working as a designer at KG Design Studio, where Kenny handled interior remodels and landscape renovations, along with positions at Clayton&Little Architects, LZT Architects, SHW Group, and Grimshaw Architects, showcasing a deep understanding of various project scales and construction documentation. Kenny holds a Master of Architecture with a specialization in Sustainable Design from The University of Texas at Austin and multiple Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Archaeology from Emory University.
