Nicole Pace, PHR

Nicole Pace, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Nicole is currently employed at Forum Brands as a People Operations Manager, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Nicole worked as a People Operations Specialist at the same company from October 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining Forum Brands, Nicole served as a Human Resources Generalist at Madison Logic from November 2020 to October 2021. Nicole was responsible for various HR tasks during their time there.

Nicole's early experience includes positions at DEVRIES GLOBAL and RPM Insurance Agency. Nicole started their journey at DEVRIES GLOBAL as a Human Resources Coordinator from February 2018 to March 2019. Nicole later transitioned to the role of Human Resources Associate, working from April 2019 to May 2020. At RPM Insurance Agency, Nicole worked as a Customer Service Representative from September 2016 to February 2018. Nicole also served as a Receptionist/Personal Lines Support from June 2015 to September 2016.

Additionally, Nicole gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at QSAC (Quality Services for the Autism Community) from January 2015 to April 2015.

During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in General studies. In addition to their degree, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HRCI in May 2022.
