Ritu Hudson

Ritu Hudson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Learning & Talent Development at Navy Federal Credit Union since April 2009, Ritu leads the Leadership & Organization Development team. Previous roles include Manager of Talent Development and Manager of Learning & Development, along with supervisory positions in the field at Navy Federal. Prior to this, Ritu held various positions at CR Software / FICO as Training & Documentation Manager and Lead Technical Writer, as well as Technical Writer at Houston & Associates / Raytheon. Experience also includes serving as Deputy Project Manager / Analyst at Innovative Technology Application, Inc. Ritu holds a Master of Public Administration from George Mason University, a Change Leadership Certificate from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Sociology from Dalhousie University.
