Erin Schmidt

Erin Schmidt has extensive experience in mortgage operations and team management, currently serving as AVP of Mortgage Operations at FORUM Credit Union since August 2016. In this role, Erin excels in developing a mortgage operations team focused on timely processing, closing, and providing exceptional customer service while implementing educational initiatives for the sales and operations teams. Previous experience includes serving as Mortgage Loan Process Manager at Finworth Mortgage LLC, where Erin ensured timely loan commitments and collaborated with loan officers, as well as roles at U.S. Bank as a Performance Sales Coach and Project Analyst. Erin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Belmont University.
