Lisa Moore

Lisa Moore has over 18 years of experience in the financial and service industries, currently serving as the Fraud/Loss Prevention Assistant Manager at FORUM Credit Union since June 2011. In this role, Lisa investigates debit card fraud and acts as a liaison between members and merchants to resolve unauthorized charge issues. Previously, Lisa worked in various capacities at FORUM Credit Union, including Dispute Resolution Team Lead and Member Service Agent, where assistance with financial inquiries was provided through multiple communication channels. Prior experience includes serving as a Bakery Supervisor at The Cheesecake Factory from June 2005 to June 2011, where oversight of staff, inventory management, and employee training were key responsibilities.
