Teruyuki Akiyama is the current MD & GM of the Management Department at Forum Engineering Inc. Teruyuki has over twenty years of experience in human resources and organizational development.
Teruyuki began their career at daiei in 1996 as a human resources planning manager. In this role, they were responsible for developing HR systems and strategies for more than 150 major companies. Teruyuki also designed the PET/PET-p, a personality aptitude test that is widely used in Japan.
In 2004, Akiyama joined Vector co Ltd as a founding member. Teruyuki helped establish the company's consulting business, which provides organizational and HR consulting services to major Japanese companies. Teruyuki has served as a project manager for many of Vector's clients, including some of Japan's leading manufacturing and distribution companies.
Akiyama has been with Forum Engineering Inc since 2020. In their current role, they are responsible for the company's management department.
